1) FEP&FEP color masterbatch

Our Pureflon FEP has Excellent thermo-stress craze resistance. FEP Molding grade FC-40 can be used as anti-corrosive valve, gasket and various molding products.

FEP extrusion grade could be used to produce high quality thermal wire or cable, tube, pipe etc.

FEP Dispersion can be applied to process glass fibers fabric by dipping and roasting, corrosive and adhesive resistance coatings by spraying and continuity film of non-pinhole by molding.

Fluorotech offers a wide range of masterbatches mainly utilized for coloring wire and cables, tubes etc. Available in FEP, PFA, MFA and ETFE, our masterbatches are available in RAL colors, with different pigment concentrations and different levels of viscosity (MFI).

2) PTFE

Pureflon PTFE Non-free flow can make tube, rod, plate and seal material, etc. 

PTFE Free Flow can be used in molding rod, tube, plate, suitable for automatic extrusion.

Pureflon PTFE Fine Powder is suitable for extruded tube, rod, sheet, and medium-high /low-medium density seal tape. We also have PTFE fine powder Non-PFOA F-4DF with high tensile strength,suitable for seal tape, tube (Paste Extrusion) etc.

Pureflon PTFE dispersion can be used in anti-sticky coating for cooking ware etc. It also can be used in fabric, fiber glass and different kinds of packing impregnation.

3) FKM

Fluorotech could offer high quality precompound FKM and compound FKM, we could also design and prepare precompound and compound FKM according to customer's requirement. Our FKM gum with excellent tensile strength, low compression set, improved mold release and metal bonding performance. The applications are O-rings, oil seals, etc.

4) PVDF

Pureflon PVDF has many grades, PVDF Injection grade, PVDF Extrusion grade, PVDF Molding grade and PVDF Coating grade. PVDF has good burning suppression performance and smoke suppression performance, however, when meets with fire, it will release toxic hydrogen fluoride gas and fluorocarbon compounds.
