This product is a type of heat vulcanization fluorosilicone polymer. It is a transparent gum with heat resistance, freeze resistance ,oil resistance, fuel oil resistance, and compression recovery properties. So it is widely used as parts for automobiles, aircraft and other transporting vehicles and parts for petroleum-related equipment. This product is mainly used for fabricating the fluorosilicone rubber compounds.
The fluorosilicone gum produced by the reactive extrusion technology has higher quality and more stable than that produced by tank reactor technology, because the former can overcome the core problem during the polymerization. Moreover, we can obtain any types of fluorosilicone polymers using the reactive extrusion technology.
