Pureflon Pureflon FEP is the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP). Pureflon FEP Dispersion is stabilized by non-ionic surfactant and has excellent flowing performance if melted. The products from FEP dispersion have outstanding thermal stability, distinctive chemical inertness, superior electrical insulation, low friction coefficient, and excellent air aging resistance. And it can be used at temperature up to 200 centigrade for a long time. FEP Dispersion can be applied to process glass fibers fabric by dipping and roasting, corrosive and adhesive resistance coatings by spraying and continuity film of non-pinhole by molding.
